Wide Media Group s.r.o. has been established in the year 2000 by a team of skilled web designers and developers. Our aim is to provide professional services in web applications development, using the latest technologies and intuitive design.

Thanks to almost 11 years of previous experience, all of our clients can benefit from top quality in final products as well as customer support.

During the time of its existence, Wide Media Group s.r.o. has successfully completed projects for both, foreign and local companies. Our client base spans all the way from United Kingdom to Czech Republic, giving our clients the opportunity to gain from our international multi-market experience and technologies.

	DEIMOS E-Commerce Platform In 2010, we have completely changed the way our online sellers experience their E-Commerce expansion. By utilising a combination of clean design and the latest technologies, we succeeded to provide the fastest, cleanest and most intuitive user interface for E-Shop owners on the market. This was an upgrade from an older design that had its roots back in 2005 when we started to provide E-Commerce services. The upgrade was achieved using the latest CSS, AJAX and FLASH technologies, while still adhering to Level A WAI Standards. Code validation and speedy page loads remain a matter of course.


	Eurolines Website (Czech Republic) Eurolines Website in the Czech Republic went through a complete redesing, aimed at improving administration of the website as well as employing new technologies to make it easier to use for the company's customers. Our company has created a bespoke Content Management System with intuitive navigation, powerful access management and modular architecture. This design also allowed us to also connect the CMS to company's own ticket-selling application, while improving buyers experience.


	La Putyka Show The La Putyka Show is an inscenation that tries to show Circus events in a brand new light. Our company was tasked to convert existing visuals into an easy-to-navigate design with optional sound on the background as well as custom page elements (such as scrollbars) and interactive page sections load. AJAX, FLASH and static JavaScript technology was successfully used to provide the required functionality, while a simple Content Management System was created to supplement the need to change text and images on yearly basis.


	Newman's Own Organic Products One of our DEIMOS E-Commerce Platform clients came with a very specific need - to convert their existing E-Commerce solution into one of our own. This reference shows how flexible DEIMOS E-Commerce Platform is when it comes to design improvization and data imports. We have used an accessible FLASH font replacement to simulate branding fonts and external Google Search to keep visitors' E-Commerce search habits intact.


	Nejlevnejsi Textil E-Shop One of the first E-Shops to be created using a custom design and extended accessibility methods. This client makes a perfect use of the DEIMOS E-Commerce Platform solution to accomodate their selling needs, as well as their presentation needs. And yes, DEIMOS *can* be used to create a presentation page as well as an E-Shop in one go ;-)


	Independent Education Today Independent Education Today is a part of 3 scholar websites for scholar information needs in the United Kingdom. It uses an older version of our Content Management System to provide for some extended modules, such as subscribers database or companies directory. The tricky part in this case was to create a CSS design that is clean, adaptable to the older CMS structure and consistent across all of the newer browsers. The result is both, pleasing to the eye and, of course, W3C and WAI valid. *Update (06-2009)* This website is now operated by a different webhosting company and due to their limitations, it was converted into a static website that does no longer use our Content Management System in the back-end. The CSS design is, however still mostly intact.


	Reading Design and Print Reading Design and Print company tasked us with creation with an internal ordering system for their existing clients. A simple administration interface has been created with basic access control that used non-standard AJAX technologies to provide an appealing and quick tasks management. This includes a foldable list of items (orders, users ...) as well as complete history of changes. Also, a simple front-end ordering part has been created, using larger AJAX file uploads for the first time.


	DJBANK.EU - European DJs Database The DJBANK project was created from our company's own initiative in order to provide a social network of DJs and their listeners. This project was the first one to adapt (at that time still very early) AJAX technology, similar to what Facebook uses today. The project connected people from all around the Europe together, being the first satisfactory web application of Wide Media Group s.r.o. at that time. Due to increase of other social networks that became increasingly popular, the DJBANK project has been shut down on 30th June 2010.


	Queensgate Residential This is the first bigger project of Wide Media Group s.r.o. that was accomplished in an early stage of the company existance. It uses a professional web template (which we officially bought, of course :-)) and a simple back-end administration interface. Even though this was one of our first foreign clients, the website is still under frequent use by many people - both searching for properties and offering to rent them.
